Pink painted on white milk glass (opaline?) with metal hinged lid. Beautiful hand painted accents and cherubs. Trinket or vanity box could have once been a powder box.
I see similar items labeled Opaline, but I’m not exactly sure if this qualifies as that because it is painted pink on the outside? If you know the answers please help!
This is an antique vintage item and there are variations in the colors and paintings. Please look carefully at all my pictures. The inside and bottom are both the semi translucent creamy milk white glass.
